As a continuation of a previous paper, in the framework of the A.E.A. audio frequencies division, we present hereafter a complete description of a single ended amplifier realized by our friends D. David and J. Fortias.

History of men :
Un savant éclairé : Irving Langmuir by J.-C. Montagné.
Irving Langmuir is one of the meritorious scientists whom we are indebted, in particular for his work about the electron emission of radio tubes filaments. But he was also an eminent chemist and physicist. The Nobel price in 1932 awarded his chemical work concerning monomolecular layers adsorption.

History of techniques :

Every time that we have the chance to get some records concerning our old radio manufacturer, we enjoy to transmit these informations to our readers. So the younger can tackle the history of our hobby and the older remembers his youth. Hereafter is submitted a short paper dealing with Scientific Radio founded by C. Guérin in 1926.

Theory and practice :
Galène : le simplissime by D. Falgoux.
Sometimes, it is pleasant to enjoy himself with a non tiring job. more, for the struggled brains it is a good therapeutic to take some relax with a crystal !
